A vintage necklace designed by Elizabeth Taylor for Avon in the 1990s. Gold plated metal set with opaline blue glass. There are little ruby red glass stones on the bars next to the centre section. 

It measures 19 1/2 inches around the neck. Opaline blue stone is 1 inch across.
