A flat link snake chain by Grosse (Henkel & Grosse who also made jewellery for Dior). Linked and opens in the centre with a magnetic popper clasp.  
A nice quality weight to it, gold plated and in good condition from the 1980s.

It measures 17 inches around the neck.
